Mongolian Ryadovka (Latin Tricholoma mongolicum) is a species of lamellar mushrooms from the genus Ryadovka (Tricholoma). The most important edible and medicinal mushroom among the Mongols
Biological description
The hat is 6-19 cm in diameter, but can reach up to 20 cm hemispherical or ovoid, then convex or convex-outstretched with edges curved inward, white when young, almost shiny, then matte, off-white, slightly fibrous.

Distribution and ecology
Usually grows in groups and "witch rings" in the steppe zone among the grass, March-May, it is possible to reappear in October-November. Area: Central Asia, Mongolia, Western China.
Economic value
The mushroom is edible, non-poisonous.
